Wonderful Pool Experience

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, located right in the bustling heart of Kuta. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff really stood out with their helpfulness, especially when we needed assistance. However, the dining options for breakfast were quite basic, which could be improved. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The Lagoon Access room was fantastic, with a great breakfast spread and friendly staff. However, the noise levels from the bar and poor housekeeping really detracted from my stay.
