Delicious Breakfast

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, located right in the bustling heart of Kuta. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff really stood out with their helpfulness, especially when we needed assistance. However, the dining options for breakfast were quite basic, which could be improved. The pool and bar area were lovely, a great place to relax after a day out. Overall, it offered good value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The Lagoon Access room was fantastic, with a great breakfast spread and friendly staff. However, the noise levels from the bar and poor housekeeping really detracted from my stay.
